Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Genda Bloom, we do not offer returns or refunds, but we are happy to provide exchanges for size adjustments or manufacturing defects to ensure you have the best experience with our products.
- Eligibility for Exchange
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for size changes or manufacturing defects.
- Condition of the Product:
- Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or tampered tags will not be eligible for exchange.
- Made-to-Order Products:
- These items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded as they are customized.
- If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram before placing your order.
- How to Request an Exchange:

- Open Order History → Choose the order to be exchanged.
- Select "Return" → Mention the reason for the exchange.
- Email Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email from us.
- Reply to this email with clear pictures of the product to be exchanged.

We will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you of the next steps.
- Exchange Process:
- Returning the Product:
- Once your request is approved, we will schedule a Reverse Pickup through our courier partner. You will receive a pickup confirmation.
- While handing the item to the delivery person, make sure the brand tag is securely tied to the product.
- NOTE : If your purchase includes only one item, please return the reusable brand bag along with the product. Failure to return the bag will result in no additional brand bag being provided with your replacement item.
- If the reverse pickup is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the exchange request may be canceled. Please ensure availability during the scheduled pickup window.
- Inspection Upon Receipt:
- Once received, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
- If approved, the replacement will be dispatched.
- If rejected (due to signs of use, damage, or missing tags), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Processing Timeline:
- The full exchange cycle—from your request to receiving the replacement—may take up to 14 days. This includes pickup, return inspection, and dispatch of the replacement product.
- Returning the Product:
- Out of Stock Items:
- If your requested size is out of stock, the replacement may take up to 15 days for restocking.
- We will notify you about any delays.
- Conditions for Exchange
- Unused and Unworn: Items must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Tags Intact: The original tags must not be tampered with or removed.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
- One-Time Exchange: Each item is eligible for exchange only once for size issues.
- Damages & Defective Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days with clear photos.
- We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if approved.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You can cancel your order only if:
- You email us at gendabloom@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
- The order has not been shipped or scheduled for pickup.
- The order value is below ₹7,000.
🚨Important Notes:
- Cancellation requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed; only full-order cancellations are permitted.
- Made-to-Order items are non-cancellable once the order is placed.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.
If the above conditions are met, we will initiate a refund back to the original payment source. While we process refunds within 3-4 business days, the final settlement time depends on your bank/payment provider, which may take additional time.
- Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders
- If an order appears fraudulent or suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel it, and rollback the payment to the original source.
- If we suspect misuse of our policies, multiple fake orders, or chargeback fraud, we may restrict future purchases from that customer.
